What is SKELVIA?
A team of AI employees installed in your firm: Maya, who runs it, and the employees you choose (renders, videos, outreach, social media, market watch, website…). We install them at your place, in your name, over three months: in the first two, your employees and your tools at the same time; in the third, your team runs on its own and you're the one leading it.
What's Maya for if I only want Hugo?
Hugo does your renders; Maya keeps everything else running. She keeps your firm's memory, gives you a briefing every morning at 8 am and answers your questions. As soon as you add an employee, she prepares each one's brief on shared projects. With your calendar and your mailbox connected, she books your meetings and prepares your follow-ups. Your reports and project files are handled by Milo, your admin assistant. That's why she's in every team.
What exactly is an AI employee?
An employee tuned to your firm: your style, your projects, the way you talk to your clients. A consumer tool starts from scratch with every conversation; your employee keeps what you teach it. You brief it, you correct it. You lead, you don't program anything.
How much does it cost?
€500 excl. VAT per ready-made employee, €700 excl. VAT per custom employee. Three employees minimum, including Maya: from €1,500 excl. VAT, with a three-month setup. Solo or as a firm, it's the same price.
What about a firm with staff?
Your firm has a single shared team, at the same price as a solo practitioner: from €1,500 excl. VAT, whatever the number of staff. Each staff member logs in with their own address and opens as many conversations as they want with the same employee, one per project for example. Everyone sees the same conversations, with the name of whoever is writing. Each project has its shared sheet: a colleague can pick up any project. You're the one who adds or removes your staff's access.
Can I pay in installments?
In one payment, or 50% at the start and the balance as soon as your employees are installed (during the setup, not at the end of the three months). We'll talk it over on the call.
What do I pay after that?
From the fourth month on, the career plan, the maintenance of your team with me: €49 excl. VAT per month for the whole firm, whatever the number of employees, or €490 excl. VAT per year. Your tools stay paid by you and in your name: access to AI, images and videos, the server. Their price depends on your usage; count on about €60 a month to get started. And if you want, one more employee from your client area (€500 excl. VAT if ready-made, €700 excl. VAT custom).
And after the three months?
Your team has already been running on its own since the third month, and everything is yours: server, employees, settings. Then the career plan takes over: it includes maintenance of your team with me and the SKELVIA app. I keep access to your server; a breakdown or a broken tool, I take care of it; your adjustments are included, at no extra cost; and your requests come first. €49 excl. VAT per month for the whole firm, whatever the number of employees, paid monthly by card: you can stop it any month, effective at the end of the current month. Or €490 excl. VAT per year, paid upfront: the price of 10 months; stopping then takes effect at the end of the paid year, with no refund. When you stop, access to the SKELVIA app closes at the end of the paid period and maintenance stops. Your employees, their memory and your files stay on your server, in your name. For 30 days, you can get your conversations and files back on simple request. Your employees can connect to another messaging app (Telegram, Slack, WhatsApp…), at your expense. Any server issue is then yours to handle; if you need me, a support call from Adrien costs €150 excl. VAT.
What if I want one more employee later?
You hire it from your client area. A ready-made employee: €500 excl. VAT, installed in about a month. A custom employee: €700 excl. VAT, based on your written request (I reply within 2 business days), installed in about a month and a half. Guaranteed: if it doesn't suit you, I adjust it until it does, or we swap it for another employee. No refunds.
What if an employee doesn't suit me during the three months?
We adjust it together until it suits you, or we swap it for another employee. No refunds.
Is SKELVIA right for my profession?
If you're an architect or an interior designer, solo or as a firm, yes: your employees are tuned to your projects, your files and your clients. During the call, we look together at which ones would take the most off your plate.
Do I need technical skills?
No. You talk to your employees in plain language in the SKELVIA app, on your computer or your phone, like you would to a colleague: no code, nothing to set up alone. We install them together, in your account, and you're the one leading them. And if you want more, you hire them from your client area: we install them together.
How does the installation work?
On a video call, together, at your first session. You open your server and your accounts in your name (you pay them directly, nothing goes through me), you give me secure access, and I start installing your team. You have no command to type and nothing technical to prepare alone. About twenty minutes later, you paste your key into the SKELVIA app and say “Hello” to Maya.
Is it a training course?
No. I don't teach you AI: I install employees who work for you. Each one is built from A to Z in your account, connected to your tools, tuned to your ongoing projects. You lead it, like any employee. Already took a course and never had the time to get into it? That's exactly why SKELVIA exists.
How is it different from ChatGPT?
ChatGPT is a tool you open and explain everything to, every single time. Your SKELVIA employees know your firm, keep what you teach them, work with the tools we connect together and report back to you in the SKELVIA app. And you're the one who decides what they can do on their own.
Can my employee send something without my approval?
No, unless you decide so. For each task, you choose its light. Green: it does the task, then lets you know. Amber: it prepares and waits for your approval in the SKELVIA app. Red: it stops and hands over to you. At the start, everything is on amber: nothing goes out to a client without you seeing it. And anything involving your price, your deadlines or an unhappy client always stays with you.
Can I keep track of what my team is doing?
Yes. Every morning, Maya sends you a briefing on what she's tracking: what you handed her, what's stuck, what's waiting for your approval. And each employee reports back in the conversation where you gave them the task. You can ask for an update at any time in the app.
Will it respect my design?
Yes: your employees prepare, you decide. For renders, Hugo starts from your 3D model and your Project Sheet, and your geometry doesn't move. Your plans, your dimensions and your signature remain your work.
Why a server, and not just my computer?
Because your team needs to work even when your computer is off. The server is an online computer, on 24/7, just for your team. If your employees ran on your computer, everything would stop as soon as you closed it: no more morning briefing, no more scheduled tasks, no more replies in the app. It's also safer: your team works separately, not in the middle of your personal files, and everything stays in your name. Count on around ten euros a month, at the very most.
How much of my time does it take?
A three-month setup, whether you take three employees or eight. In the first two months, we install your employees and connect your tools at the same time. In the third, your team runs on its own on your real projects. Even with a custom employee, it's three months. Between sessions, you work as usual, with your employees already installed.
Can I resell my employees to other firms?
No. Your employees are yours, for your firm: you use them with no time limit, but you can't resell them or install them at someone else's (article 13 of the terms of sale, CGV). To earn money with SKELVIA, become a referral partner: for each firm that signs, you pick one of three options. 20% of its setup fee by bank transfer, the same amount as credit on your own career plan, or 20% of its career plan for its first 12 months.
Do I have to set up the tools myself?
No. We connect your tools during the first two months, while we install your employees: your calendar, your mailbox, your files, your social media. You have nothing to set up alone.
Which tools do my employees work with?
Yours. You talk to them in the SKELVIA app, then we connect your firm's tools: calendar, email, files, website, post scheduling tool. We connect each tool to the employees who use it. Examples are on the Integrations page.
What if my software can't be connected?
Most of today's tools connect directly. For software that doesn't allow it, your employees work from your exports or your views. We look at your case during the call.
Do I have to change my design software?
No. You keep SketchUp, Archicad, Revit or your usual software, and you draw as usual. Your employees start from your views and your files.
Where is my data?
On a server in your name, with your own access. To work, your team sends your requests to the AI through an account opened in your name, and replies to you in the SKELVIA app, where you log in with Google or via a link received by email. Access to the AI never goes through an account that isn't yours.
Are your AI employees trained on other clients' projects?
No. SKELVIA doesn't train any AI on your projects: your plans, your renders and your texts are never used to tune another client's employees. Each employee is tuned to your firm, in your account, with the providers you choose, in your name. Your data belongs to you and your provider, not to SKELVIA.
