Nothing to sell

You introduce me to the firm by email, with them in copy. I do the call, I sell to them and invoice them, then I do the setup and the follow-up. You just recommend.

Your referral is protected

It's registered in your name for 90 days. If the firm signs within that time, the commission is yours.

The form at the bottom of the page: two lines about you and your network. I reply within 48 hours.

You introduce me to the firm
By email, with them in copy. The recommendation is registered in your name for 90 days.

They sign, you get paid
I sell to them and I invoice them. You pick your option. Transfer or share of their plan: you send me your invoice, and I pay you by bank transfer within 30 days of each payment from the firm, once the withdrawal period has passed. Credit: it applies to your own career plan.

You never invoice the firm: to receive a transfer, you send me your invoice, as a sole trader or a company. A firm already in touch with me before your recommendation doesn't count. Nothing on your own purchases. One option per firm that signs: they can't be combined.

You can

Use them with no time limit, within your firm.
Modify them, correct them, evolve them however you like.
Hire more from your client area: we install them together.
Recommend SKELVIA: for each firm that signs, you pick one of three options, including 20% of its setup fee excl. VAT.

You can't

Resell, rent out or give away the employees installed at your place.
Install them at another firm, a client or a fellow architect.
Resell the method, the materials or the session recordings.
Offer others a service built on SKELVIA employees.

Who can become a referral partner?

Anyone, on application: clients, former clients, partners, industry professionals. To receive a bank transfer, you need to be able to send me an invoice, as a sole trader or a company. You never invoice the firm: I'm the one who sells to them and invoices them.

How much do I earn?

For each firm that signs, you choose one option out of three. One: 20% of the excl. VAT amount of their setup, by bank transfer. €300 for a team of three employees at €1,500 excl. VAT, €800 for a team of eight employees at €4,000 excl. VAT. Two: if you're a client, the same amount as credit on your own career plan. €300 is about 6 months of plan for free, at €49 a month. Three: 20% of their career plan for their first 12 months, i.e. €117.60 excl. VAT. The price doesn't depend on the number of staff at the firm.

Can I combine the options?

No. For each firm that signs, you choose one option only, and you tell me in writing.

When do I get paid?

Transfer on the setup: after each payment from the firm (if they pay in two installments, after each one), you send me your invoice and I make a transfer within 30 days, once the withdrawal period has passed. Share of their career plan: the transfer follows each month paid by the firm, for 12 months. Credit: it applies to your own career plan.

What if the firm was already in touch with Adrien?

It doesn't count. Only firms I didn't know before your referral qualify for an option. Your own purchases don't either.

Can I resell SKELVIA employees myself?

No, that's exactly why the program exists. Employees installed at a client's can't be resold (article 13 of the terms of sale, in French). You recommend, I install.
