About Maya

Is Maya required?
Yes. She runs the team: your firm's memory, the morning briefing, your employees' instructions on a project. She is included in every team, for €500 excl. VAT like the others.
Do I talk to Maya or to my other employees?
Both. For a render, you open a chat with Hugo, one per project if you like, and the render arrives in that chat. A project that involves several employees, a question, an opinion: you write to Maya.
Can my team members write to her?
Yes. In a firm, there is a single team, with a single Maya, shared by your staff, at the same price as for a solo practitioner: from €1,500 excl. VAT, however many staff members you have. Each staff member logs in to the SKELVIA app with their own email and opens as many chats with Maya as they like, for example one per project. Everyone sees the same chats, with the name of whoever is writing. Each project has its shared sheet: a colleague can pick up any project. You add or remove your staff's access.
Does she have access to my emails and my calendar?
Only to what you connect during the setup. Everything runs in your account, in your name, and nothing goes out without your approval.
Can she get a quote or a contract signed online?
Yes, if your firm has a website. During the setup, we install your own e-signature tool on your server, at your website's address (for example signature.your-firm.com), at no extra monthly cost. Maya prepares the document, places the signature and gives you the link, which you send to your client yourself. She tracks who has signed and files the signed PDF, with its certificate, in the project folder. Your quotes never go through an outside service.
